Tutto Italia Wine Pairing Review Thumbs Up

We are first time Wine and Food Festival attendees and were lucky enough to book Tutto Italia on 9/30. This was the only pairing we went to but from what the staff and wine representative said, it gives you more food then the others. To us, it could not have been any better. The atmosphere, staff, company and of course the food and Banfi wine were top notch.
The menu:
Prosciutto di Parma over melon
Penne Pasta over pomodora sauce with parmesan chunks of cheese
Fish Filet with clams, tomato, capers and olives
Zuppa Inglese paired with Banfi Rosa Regale is a match made in heaven.

This was a full meal with large portions of each serving. The Banfi wine pairing was perfect. Great presentation and a nice value as well. If its not completely sold out yet, I suggest you try this one.

It has been sold out for a while-since July/August The only one everyone is waiting on opening up that people may have a chance at is the Sake, Sushi, and Sashimi one.

We were also there on Sunday and it was faulous! I believe the fish was red snapper, and my sister who ordinarily will not eat fish scarfed down every bite! Each course was perfect, the restaurant manager was delightful and the woman representing Banfi was down to earth and did a terrific job. I have done pairings before and this was definitely one of the best! We just made the reservation a few days beforehand, so maybe we got lucky and snagged a cancellation, but I suggest calling every now & then on the off chance something opens up.

I'll be back to EPCOT in a week or so, and we decided to book Tutto Italia for dinner because this was so wonderful. Can't wait!
