Tutto Italia vs Via Napoli for Lunch

Which would you prefer for lunch on the DxDDP (Tutto Italia or Via Napoli)?

We did Via Napoli about 2 weeks ago for lunch and it was excellent but it took almost 2 hours. We ate at Tutto for dinner and it only took 1.5 hours. If you go to Napoli for lunch, just let them know you are in a hurry if you dont want to spend that long out of the parks.

Neither IIMuliano? is supposed to be good Italian but I know Tutto is awful and Via with the two hrs. no way for us.
