I have one more restaurant open for dinner my next trip, and I want an Italian restaurant. I have been to Mama Melrose & Tony's and liked them...how is Tutto Italia compared to them? Better or worse? Thank you!

We loved Tutto Italia when we went. We had excellent service and a delicious meal. We plan to go back on our next visit. We've enjoyed Mama Melrose's, too, but Tutto feels more like "real" Italian food, whereas MM feels more like an Olive Garden-type place. We've not eaten at Tony's, so I can't compare there. I would definitely go to Tutto, though!

We loved Tutto last summer too! Actually, that was the first restaurant my sons asked to eat in again this year. That really surprised me since it seems adult oriented. They just liked the calm atmosphere. Maybe Nana and I drank too much wine and were extra nice to them there. :confused3 Haha

The dessert was very good. The Maitre D was a jerk, eventhough I was actually trying to compliment the restaurant, but other than that...

If I had to choose the best Italian restaurant on property it would be Portobello at Downtown Disney.

We loved Tutto Italia as well. In fact, it quickly became one of our favorites and we will be dining there again next trip. Or server was fabulous and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

I've eaten in the three asked for twice each, Via Napoli once, and I would rate them in this order:

Tutto Italia -- "Real" italian food, as others have said. BY FAR best of the four. Excellent food both times we've gone. More expensive than the others, but worth it, or a good plus if on a DDP. We were on the DxDP, but would willingly pay OOP for this quality food.

Tony's -- Olive Garden quality food, good and enjoyable, but not excellent, nice atmosphere for MK. Loud, but best sit-down you'll get in MK with the limited options.

Mama Melrose -- Also Olive Garden quality, more relaxed than Tony's, but between the two, I think the food at Tony's is slightly better. Would still go back again.

Via Napoli -- Pizza is decent, but they should sued for libel for calling anything else "italian food". I take that back -- for calling anything else "food." Everything besides the pizza was terrible. Will never step foot in there again.

Another vote for Tutto. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It is one of our favorites. We've had several of the main courses and they have all been delicious.

The food at Tony's and Mama Melrose do not come anywhere close to the level of Tutto. Tony's has the advantage of being in the MK and having Lady and the Tramp theming, but that's about it.

Wholeheartedly agree with most of the above- The Plaza is the best table service at MK though!
I hated Via Napoli- not just the food, but the atmophere. Rude and rushed service.
Tutto Italia is the best of the 4. But I agree with PP that Portobello is even better.

I like Mama Melrose the best of the three. I would not consider any of them real italian unless the Olive Garden is your standard. Mama is a good sit down choice if you are in the Studio's, Given your options in MK Tony's is a decent sit down choice there. I just feel there are alot better EPCOT options than what Tutto has to offer. All this said I would not make a special trip to a park for any of the three you should base your choice on the park you want to visit.

TI is excellent. We have been twice and it was our best meal of the trip both times. We are going again in July.

We have been to MM twice. First time was terrible but we gave it a second try. Terrible the second time as well. We do not plan on going back. Service was okay at best both times. The food was not good at all.

We had lunch at Tonys once and it was okay. Kind of like Olive Garden Italian food. Service was pretty good and atmosphere is nice.

TI is closest to authentic Italian food. Service is amazing. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Food is YUMMY!!!!

Tutto Italia. :) - We have had several meals here and enjoyed them all.

Mama Melrose - Average but decent. We have it booked for our Fantasmic Pkg in May.

Tony's - Terrible food and service. One of the very few places in the World that we will not be returning to.

Hoping its good! We are trying it out for the first time for a lunch. Anyone have pictures of the kids meals??
