Is this a kid friendly restaurant? Our DD's are 3 and 6.

Also, is this a good value with the dining plan? Which is better, lunch or dinner? I'm thinking lunch since we want to see the CP and I am not sure I want dinner ADR's when I am not sure which CP we will be going to. But then again, dinner is probably a better value with the DP, so I don't know.

DH and I both love Italian food, so this sounded interesting but I wanted to get some feedback. The reviews on allears look good.

Thanks!

We love it. It is not typical Italian. We've never had lunch there but have had maybe 5 or 6 dinners there and enjoyed each one.

Oh, and I take the lunch part back. My DH and younger son had lunch there in September and enjoyed it as always. My DH said the bus boy was incredibly good.

Children are as common at Tutto as any other Epcot restaurant...very much welcomed.

I think WDW makes all restaurants kid friendly.:goodvibes
(Now I wish some parents would get a sitter for their tired and cranky children when it's 8pm and they should have been in bed hours ago and I'm shelling out $30. an entre to listen to them whine and the parents do nothing...:headache:) but that's a different subject...:cutie:
It's very nice and food is good. I would say lunch is a good choice.

Yes, very kid-friendly like most of the WDW restaurants.

And it's probably a good deal on the DDP. We paid OOP and we enjoyed our meal there, but a lot of people really complain about the prices there (like $20 for pasta at dinner).

I just write it off as yet another expensive WDW meal - and it was one of the better ones we've had at Disney.

It is very kid friendly and I think it is one of the better deals on the dining plan as it is only one credit.

I have a lunch ADR right now, but I'm going to head over and see if they have anything for dinner the night we are there. It's sort of tough because I'm not 100% sure which CP we will be able to get into.

I am very happy to her such good reviews. DH will be so pleased! After having THREE princess meals to go to (CRT, Akershus, and 1900 PF) he deserves a nice Italian meal, don't you think? :thumbsup2

Oh man I love this place! I have been to dinner twice and lunch once and they were both excellent and very pricy...I have seen a ton of kids at both meals.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tutto Italia!!!! We have ADR's for our first night - I wanted to go there twice by the BF said "no!" :sad2: I'd definitely suggest dinner over lunch, I believe the menus are similar, but you get more "bang for your buck" at dinner. Out of all the meals we ate in January (including character buffets, etc), this one was the most expensive - getting that paid for through DDP helped us feel better about some of the 'not so good/bad' meals we ate!

Thanks for the continued reviews, everyone.

Well, so far no luck for dinner for the night we are there (December 1) - but I still have a lunch ADR. I'll keep trying though, you never know between now and then when someone may cancel. :goodvibes

Thanks again!

Lunch seems less crowded and has nearly the same menu options. The restaurant is nice, so it makes for a good mid-day break. I would stick with lunch. Many of our dinner ressies were canceled on our last trip due to zonked out kiddos. We are doing all of our faves for lunch this time.

That's a good point. I have no idea how my kids are going to do...this is our first trip. Also, as I pointed out earlier, we aren't sure which (if any!) Candlight Processional we are going to be able to get into. I think we'll shoot for the 5:00 one (heard it's sometimes less crowded) and that cuts right into dinnertime.
