I still need 1 more table service ADR, which of these do you prefer? They both sound good, so I need opinions from someone who has eaten there recently. We'll be on the dining plan if that makes any difference. Thanks!

Tutto Italia is wonderful, my family and I ate there last year. The food and service were outstanding! Enjoy your vacation!!:yay:

That is so difficult as we love them both but I have to go with VN because of the sauce, it is amazing. Love the pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs...everything is so good.

Havent tried Via Napoli yet but we hated Tutto Italia! We both had lazagna and it tasted like a frozen dinner. Our son had pizza and ate about a slice. Our least favorite meal of the week. Dessert however was very good. It is very pretty inside too.

DH and I have been to and loved both! Tutto Italia is more of a traditional Italian eatery while Via Napoli is more of a gourmet pizza joint. We had great food and great service at both :)

DD and I ate at Via Napoli last week and we agreed it was one of the best place we had ever eaten at Disney.

Double check if Tutto Italia is open....I tried to book ADR's in late January and is closed for refurb.

Although neither rank towards the top of my list, I do prefer Via Napoli a lot over Tutto.

Have done Tutto once and eh, wasn't too impressed. Lasagna was soggy noodles and nothing impressive about it at all. Kids spaghetti and meatballs was good.
Via Napoli tried last trip and loved it... so much more we went back again later in trip! Had pizza and pastas - and everyone loved their meal.

upcoming trip have another family joining us and trying to decide which to take them to.... not sure which they'd prefer, and keep thinking need to give Tutto another try.

Depends on when you are going. Tutto is closing for a refurb from early Jan until early April.

My question is whether they are going to refurb the menu as well. Therefore, if you are going in 2011 and there's something on the menu now that looks good, I recommend you go to Tutto this trip just in case it's gone after the refurb.

I like them both. We went to Via Napoli for the first time this trip and absolutely LOVED it. If I'd have known we would of went there twice on our trip. Are you looking for a classier tradition resturant or more of an authentic pizza and pasta place. VP is noisy- which was great for too with a little one- didnt matter if he was loud. Food is so good!!!!

Love them both! Prefer the pasta dishes at Tutto, and the dessert (zeppole) at Via. Tutto is quieter, more romantic. Via is more casual.

I'm confused where this restaurant might be. I believe Tutto is where Alfredos was, but where is this?

Also- do either of these have a bar where one could go in in for just a drink?

This. Tutto is scheduled to close for refurb in early 2012 and judging by OP's ticker, I don't think they will be available then.

You answered the question I was going to ask. :) We booked TI for the CP package, but I considered switching to VN. Noisy isn't what we want at dinner though. Maybe, we'll try it for lunch sometime. We didn't really like TI, when we ate there a couple years ago, but it won out by process of elimination. Since LC doesn't offer the CP package for dinner, & we've eaten at Chefs every year, I went with TI. I hope it wasn't a mistake. We'll definitely order differently this time.

It depends on your preferences. We ate at both on our last trip. Via Napoli is very bright and open, focusing on pizza. Tutto has a more formal atmosphere. For food, I would pick Tutto because of their pasta dishes.

It is one of our faves though we do not have the pasta - my husband had the veal dish last year and it was one of his favorite meals of the trip

Tutto--two strikes and it's out. First, our family of eight had terrible steak dinners. Horrid. Rude service to boot.

Decided after many positives on the DIS that we needed to give it a second chance. Made the mistake of taking back members of five families totaling 13, I think. I was so embarrassed since I made the choice and the ADR. The food was just terrible down the line. My sister had a nice dessert. That was the only positive besides efficient service.

Via Napoli--LOVED it! It is the first place on our list for next visit and I am toying with scheduling it twice.
