What is the differance between lunch and dinner at the new tusker house buffet besides the price?

According to our server, prime rib and "sometimes a few more things" are added at dinner. He invited us to help ourselves to the prime rib after our late lunch, but we were all too stuffed.

Tusker House was our best meal on our Christmas trip -- hope you enjoy it!
