Tusker House

Does anyone know if its going to reopen as a buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner??? Or just a character breakfast buffet?? then back to the normal menu for lunch and dinner?
 
I believe I read open for breakfast, luch & dinner...breakfast will be only character meal
