Lets see - I believe its over 40 items to choose from:
multiple Chicken dishes - roasted and curry
Carved Beef - tender!
Carved Pork
Salads/chutneys
some African inspired dishes
A number of rice/potato/couscous/tofu items
a number of vegetable items -
different breads
Kids items -didn't really notice what they were though
desserts:
strawberry mousse in a chocolate cup
lemon cake
carrot cake
chocolate volcano cake
cookies
cobbler
macaroons
banana bread pudding
custard tart
This is what I can remember.
Everything was delicious and we felt worth the cost of the buffet. This is one we will go to again
We really liked Tusker House in May 2008...but we really disliked Boma in September 2008.
Agree with the comment Tusker is "Boma Lite"...lots of regular Disney buffet foods with just enough unusual dishes at Tusker to pique the interest & taste buds: we really enjoyed that.
But when we actually tried Boma, full-strength was way too much for us. Just can't wrap the mind around cinnamon-hot ribs and such. Looked like beautiful BBQ ribs...one bite & total cognitive disonance
