They will most likey not let you in early because of your ADR. (Generally they will only let people in 15 min before there ADR)

I would arrive by 8:30am. (This is my understanding of what they do on most days) Around 8:45am, they'll let people through the turnstiles, but stop/hold them at the tree of life. Around 9am, CM's will walk the crowd from the tree of life to the kilamanjaro safaris. Since the walk isn't too far from tree of life to tusker house, you will get there in time for your ADR.

I believe that they aren't doing an opening ceremony currently at AK. (they used to, but not at this time) So the CM's will start walking the crowd at 9am. If they do have an opening ceremony, it only last 5-10 min, and they're good about starting it early. So you'll have plenty of time to get to your ADR, even if starting from the front of the park/turnstiles.
