Tusker House Lunch!

Hi! I've got a few questions that I am hoping for some help with.

1. How likely is it get we will get to see all of the characters with a 3:25 lunch ADR (Saturday 12/10)

2. Is the food different enough from Boma dinner to make it worth going to both in the same trip. Boma is one of my favorite restaurants on the planet so I'm happy unless TH is markedly worse. DH also likes Boma but is hoping for some variety.

3. We also have a 9:45 ADR at Crystal Palace that morning. Is it totally crazy to do both in the same day? No kids so this is really just me, my newly found love of characters, and DH's love of puffed French toast that we are trying to balance.

Hi there! Welcome to the DIS.

At Tusker House you will be able to meet all the characters and if for some reason one doesn't come by just let your server know so they can correct it. We haven't been to Boma, but from what I've read Tusker and Boma are pretty similar. While lunch is a bit different than dinner, you may not want to do both.

When we do buffets for breakfast we generally don't eat again until dinner time. 2 buffets within 5-6 hours of each other may be too much.

Can you push TH to a dinner ADR? I agree on the buffets thing.

Thank you! We can push TH to a dinner reservation but unfortunately they only have characters for breakfast and lunch. I was worried that with such a late reservation for lunch, they might switch over to dinner and no characters before they made it totally around the restaurant. Goal is both good food and characters. I wish they would add them to dinner!

This is not true. It was ONCE true. It is no longer true. TH is characters at all three meals now.
