I believe the food is the same. We ate there last week for lunch and the food was great. We especially loved the carving station where they had pork loin and a type of steak (I believe sirloin, but can't remember exactly). They were both delicious. Also, try their chocolate chip cookies. They are also very good, and you can grab a few to take with you when you leave the restaurant for a snack later on. Our waiter encouraged us to do so, so we did!

If you book a lunch ADR at a certain time you can get priority seating for Finding Nemo the Musical.

There are no characters for lunch or dinner so I don't think the meals are that much different. I know that lunch last year had peanut butter and jelly to make sandwiches (don't know if dinner has this).
