Tusker House Hours

What time is the first seating for Tusker House for breakfast? If the park is opening 1 hour early, does that bump up the dining times?

We have an ADR for 8am in April but I don't know if that is the earliest? I think so though because I know the earliest at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom is 8:05am.
