Tusker House - characters at lunch? AC?

I am considering booking a lunch at Tusker House in July for a group of 12 of us. I have read that they recently added characters at lunch - is that true? Who is usually at lunch?

And the BIG question - does Tusker House have air-conditioning? That is the deciding factor for a July lunch with our big group!

Tusker House is an indoor venue s, yes, it has AC.

Perhaps you were thinking of Flame Tree Barbecue which is entirely outdoors.

Thanks! I wasn't mixing up the two but just wanted to make sure Tusker House had A/C. It becomes a deciding factor when choosing places to eat in July

I think there would be open rebellion if there was no AC in July.

Fortunately all of the buildings (restaurants and attractions) have AC. A few restaurants have patio seating as well, but in summer I can't imagine telling people they can't wait for an indoor table.

At Tusker House the waiting area is outdoors, but while dining, everyone is seated inside.
