Tusker House character dining all day now?

I thought Tusker House only had the character dining for breakfast but on Disneyworld.com, it says "character dining all day". When did they start offering all day character dining?

As far as I know, its always been all day. Ive never been for dinner, but lunch has always had characters. We started going around 2008, so at least 10 years.

Maybe I'm thinking of something else. I thought they were only there for breakfast.

I know that it hasn't always been all day, at first it was just for breakfast. I remember eating lunch there just before it went to "all characters-all the time." I'm not sure, but I'm thinking it was around 2010.

We had characters at lunch in 2011.

Just read on another thread that it changed in '07.
We've always enjoyed our character interaction there, always great!
And the food was tasty as well!

We’ve always gone for lunch or dinner and there has been characters. Their food is always good at lunch/dinner.

Dinner was 2015...I think they announced it in 2014, but we had dinner there without characters in January 2015.
