When does Tusker make the switch from Lunch to Dinner?

Does the buffet really go up in price with no changes to the food selections at all?

We ate at Tusker House twice in the same day due to a lack of choices in Animal Kingdom. We ate here for lunch and again for dinner. The food was good and the service was excellent. What I found to be a bit "Disney" was the difference in price for the exact same buffet between lunch and dinner. Disney perceives the word "dinner" as being about $9.00 more expensive than the word "lunch". The buffet was exactly the same, not one item was changed, no extra desserts, no better cut of meat, just a higher price for dinner!!!
