Tusker House Breakfast/Lunch Question

We have a reservation for Tusker House for 1:30. I recently read that you can sometimes have a mix of Breakfast/Lunch items if you select a later time for breakfast. I was able to book a 10:20. Would that qualify for getting both breakfast/lunch menu items? We're on the pickier side so I thought breakfast might be better but getting to try the lunch items would be a nice addition.

Yes, that is the time we usually go, to get in early touring with lower lines first thing, then stop to eat, and for this reason! We love the brft, especially the special juice for DD, but like to sample some lunch foods as well. Brft will also include a few African items to try. Since lunch service starts at 11, they will begin to change one side of the buffet over while leaving the other for brft ADRs, so you can check out both. One thing to remember is to grab the things you really want from brft first, especially as you may not be seated till 10:45, may wait to meet characters coming by your table before heading up to buffet, etc. so good to get things while fully stocked! It's one of our must-dos - great meal, with good character interaction - enjoy!

Yes! We did 10:45 last time, but checked in around 10:30. We were able to have both!This next trip we are 100% doing the same time- it's perfect bc you can rope drop, do a few things, do the breakfast/lunch thing, then use your fast passes. It worked so well for us.
