Tusker House Breakfast impossible to get

Any ideas on how to get Tusker House for breakfast? Been trying since my 60 days out. Signed up for Mousewatchers and have missed 7 times even when going immediately to the app. to reserve. So disappointing!!

I eventually got exactly the time I wanted, randomly checking multiple times a day.

I got a notification from TP regarding a reservation and the link to Disney said it was no longer there. I went on my computer to Disney's site and the time was still there and I was able to book. Also, I didn't put in the exact time, I just chose 'breakfast' and 'all restaurants' for the day I wanted in my search. Maybe try that?
