Tusker House Breakfast Early Entry

We have a breakfast ADR for 9:30am at Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House. (AK opens at 9am) For some reason I thought we could get to AK, ride EE or the safari, grab a FP for something then head over to Tusker House - all in less than 30 minutes! What was I thinking?!?

Now, I am worried about standing in line to be let in at 9am and just making it over to Tusker House in time. What should be our plan of attack?

We have had Crystal Palace Breakfast at MK before park opening and been let in early. I am assuming AK allows you in before park opening for breakfast, as well since I was offerred an 8:45am ADR, but I do not think they will let us in early if our ADR is after park opening.

If you're right up front at rope drop, your best bet would be to ride EE standby, grab Safari fastpass, then go to breakfast. Safari takes too long to do before your 9:30 ADR, but you should be able to ride and be off EE fairly quickly. If you want 2 rides on EE, I would fastpass and ride standby before breakfast, then pick up your Safari fastpass AFTER breakfast.

You do not want to be standing in line to be let in at 9:00. If you're taking the bus, I'd plan on being at the bus stop between 8 and 8:15, no later.

1) That is correct.
2) You will not be let in early for an ADR 1/20hr after opening.

Boy - I'm glad I looked at this thread. We have a 9:05 a.m. ADR for the Tusker Breakfast on a day AK opens at 9:00 a.m. Since the CM mentions being there 15 minutes early when making the ADR, will we be able to get in before rope drop so we can get to Tusker 15 minutes before the ADR? THANKS!

Yes- you should be allowed in before rope drop.

If I remember correctly from last year they had an entrance for early dining guest before rope drop. The CM had a clip board and the name which the reservation was under was on a list and after verified we could go in.
