Tuscan Hills??

Anyone have any experience or know anything about this development in Davenport? We are looking to rent a house there but it is a new area for us. We have only bene to WIndsor Hills before.

I haven't stay here but am familiar with where it is and the area. It's mostly subdivisions with spotted areas of shops and restaurants. There's a SuperWalmart just north of the 192 intersection and a few restaurants and fast food in that area. Also a Publix plaza near Tuscan Hills.
On this map Tuscan Hills is #79 The map is a few years old and there are more business/fast food/shops in some of the areas.
Tuscan Hills is a fairly new subdivision and looks nice.
