Turtle Shack OKW

We like SSR's Paddock pool with QS but wanted to try something different and stay at OKW next Feb. 2022. What are the chances the Turtle Shack will be open if we put in a room request in that area? Are rooms closer to HH more expensive? We really enjoy the quieter atmosphere and don't want to have to walk to the main pool every day but would like a pool bar. Thanks!

We stayed in Bldg 43 and it was nice. You have to remember that the Turtle Shack is only open seasonally, so it might not be open in February or only open limited hours. There is no difference it points required for Near Hospitality House and the rest of the resort for the same category. You can always hop any bus from the Turtle Pond bus stop and get off at the HH. Then cross the street to Peninsular Road bus stop and hop another bus back to your Turtle Pond area.
