What are the chances Turning Red will play in the theater on the ships?

That's a question I had as well. I didn't see Luca being listed in the theaters, but Raya was, which gives me some concern that Turning Red won't be as it's a Disney+ release, much like how Luca had been. My travel partner and I are really looking forward to Turning Red, and would be quite sad if it wasn't playing in the Buena Vista Theater!

I had thought it was Disney+ only too, and yet AMC is selling tickets. So... I'm very confused.

It was going to be a theatre release and then they changed to to Disney+ where available and theatres in all other countries. We are going to wait and hope it’s on the ship.

Yes, I know they changed it. But I am saying just this week AMC started selling tickets for opening night and weekend.

If you're within a couple weeks of your trip, you can call DCL and they'll tell you what films will be playing onboard.

But they never reveal premEARs ahead of time in case they don't get the discs/film in time.

Someone posted the movie lineup for the Wonder’s Panama Canal cruise and Turning Red was not listed on the schedule for next weekend.

Movie PremEARS are never in the navigator. I was onboard when Toy Story 4 came out, and there was no mention of it until premier day, and then it showed up in the schedule.

I was also on board for that. If I remember correctly, the movie theater didn’t have a full schedule of shows listed for the day after the movie released. So while they didn’t say they were going to show it, you could tell where it was going to go.
