Turning in the in park quest?

Can i turn the Thrill Seekers Quest and the High School School Musical in Febuary 2007 and still get the codes?

Not likely. They have an expiration date on them of 30 Sep 2006. Keep checking the boards, I'm sure people will post info as soon as they know in Oct if they still accept the quest.
