Can you request turn down service at the moderate resorts? I'm wondering specifically about POR.

They come in the room regardless. It's a little perk we like, but not a huge deal. Besides, I want the chocolate.
Yes, no biggie but I enjoy it too. I know you can request it at Deluxe, didn't know if you could request or pay extra for it at moderate. I love the fresh towels and lights on when I come back at the end of the night.

Didn't know we could request it at the Deluxe resorts! I assumed it was a cl thing. Thanks!

GF did it the last time we stayed there. Didn't even know it was a thing until we came back to the room for the evening. lol I love turndown service on a cruise, not so much at WDW.

It's a service only given at deluxe resorts at WDW.
Is it at all Deluxes, even if you're not CL? I was surprised when we stayed at GF last month, it was kind of nice, but we were at CL (surprise upgrade at check in, yay!).

At the Grand Floridian all rooms are supposed to get turn down service automatically. At the other resorts, guests staying CL get it automatically and guests staying non CL can get it by request.

Just as @dansdad elaborated:).

I like walking into a room in the evening that looks like none of the people I travel with have been there before (they're so messy;)). They think I'm a tad strange for throwing all the dirty towels in one corner of the bathroom and separating all the trash into the right container before we leave in the morning. Just like after eating the entree I want all the dirty dishes removed pronto. Too much remains of the day for me, LOL.

Am I alone in NOT wanting turn down service no matter what level resort? Please stay out of my room unless it's to clean/change the sheets.

Ummm, yes? I feel like it would just so be so gross to have trash piling up and towels piling up in the corner throughout the stay.

We unexpectedly got turn down service at the Poly in a standard room a couple of years back. I’d stayed at the BC previously but never heard of turn down service. I called housekeeping and told them it wasn’t t necessary. They insisted, saying it was complimentary. I told them no. I didn’t want it.
