Turn Down Service

Espically since I specifically mentioned cleaning as an acceptable reason to enter the room in my post.

But that's what turndown service is: they change your trash cans and pick up your dirty towels, and yes they also turn down the sheet on the bed, the first two are what makes it a useful service.

No, that's only CL as I understand it.

No, you can request this at any deluxe resort and it is at no additional cost.
At the GF, all rooms are included in Turn down.

At the Grand Floridian all rooms are supposed to get turn down service automatically. At the other resorts, guests staying CL get it automatically and guests staying non CL can get it by request.

This is my favorite part of staying deluxe! I don’t believe they offer it at mods and values. A non-CL room at GF is the only place we’ve ever automatically had turn down service. Every other deluxe we’ve ever stayed at, even on CL, I had to specifically ask for it. At GF they turned on a movie and set up our kid’s stuffed animals to make it look like they were watching TV. Our kids still talk about that. They tidy up and take out the trash in addition to actually turning down the bed, which is nice. Plus of course they leave a tiny chocolate.
