Turn down service at Swan

I thought you had to request this service? We were there last week and got it each day. Maybe because the resort wasn't full?

Were you on Club level? Automatic there.

No! It was our first visit and I was getting government rate of $129 per night. They even took off the daily resort fee of $10 when I asked.
