It was nice to see the Hollywood Christmas tree, since I missed it.

The bakery treats look pretty, but for whatever reason, since I was sick, I have not regained my taste for sugar. All other food seems fine, and I haven't lost my love for ice cream, but a cookie or cake does not appeal to me very much these days. Weird, huh?

I don't think I could have held for healthy. My grandparents owned a bakery when I was growing up and I still believe chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake cure all ills.

I believe this and my grandparent's didn't own a bakery....

I love Chip and Dale too...they are among my top ten. That is good for your wallet; those character meals are not cheap.

As always Kathy, love your trip report. I have to admit though, I can be a bit morbid at times and love the look of that clown at night with his big glowing eyes and a mouth wide open as though he is ready to devour a wayward swimmer. However, I will agree those chairs are a bit creepy even for me.

Those chairs are creepier than the clown. And the clown is bad enough.

I can't blame you for not wanting to do a healthy breakfast when the Boardwalk Bakery is so close nearby. However, there are plenty of things you can eat there that are healthy.

Carrot Cake- You get your vegetables.
Cheese Cake- You get your dairy
Fruit Tart- You get your fruit.

Add it all up and it sounds like a well balanced and healthy breakfast to me.

I'll remember those wise words in September.

I am so glad to hear your mammogram tests came back with a great report, what a huge sigh of relief I'm sure. I love hearing about those defeating the big "C".

My mother a few years ago was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian and cervical cancer; this week my mother called to tell me the doctors have found a few "abnormalities" and want to do more testing. I'm praying she also will be another who beats this terrible disease.

I can't even think of where you'd find anything remotely healthy there.

The Studios does have that one place on the way to TOT and R&R where they have all the fruit.

I know the AKL is way out there...and it can be a long wait for a bus and ride back. We had the car and it wasn't a big deal.

TT is fun. Wish they would do away with the building of the car or let us pass without doing it.

Stressful is not the word. Especially since after my third year, I had to have an ultrasound after my mammo because they were "concerned." Turned out it was nothing...thankfully.
