Turkey legs...

Ummm....YES. I personally love them. They are so juicy and meaty and smoky, it's such a primal treat! If you've tried them at a Renfair or something, you have to try them at WDW, they are 10000000000 times better!
Must be the pixie dust them shoot into their turkeys.

AB-SO-LUTELY!!! They are awesome!!! Kind of a cross between ham and chicken. They are the best turkey legs anywhere!! I'm so excited that we are going this week and I can't leave without having atleast one turkey leg!! YUM!!! That's going to be my dinner on Sunday night!!:yay:

OMG YES!!!! they are the best tasting things ever!! just the smell alone is worth it for me :) Disney specially prepares them in some fashion, i really cant remember exactly what they do but it makes them more flavorful and juicier!! I saw a segment about them once on the food network. God, i am hungry now just thinking about them...too bad college campuses have nothing close to being that good...

I swear they take the fumes from when they cook them for that burning smell for rome on spaceship earth.:confused3 maybe its just me?

I second that. but if they did I would be so fat

I think they are nasty and stringy. There are all kinds of stretchy, elastic thingies running thru the meat - I gag everytime I bite into one of those. And I kind of have a problem eating turkey that really has the flavor and consistency of ham.

Side note: my DH was freaked out to find that his pee smelled "hammy" after eating the better part of one of these things.

My dad really wants to like the turkey legs, but he doesn't like that they are smoked, rather than just plain roasted.

On the other hand, I'm going to WDW in November with someone who would eat turkey legs for every meal if he could...

Pure Heaven! My DH must get at least one during our trip. Last time we went we also converted our oldest DD to the dark side of turkey legs. Fan-tastic!!! A guarenteed good thing!

totally agree!!!!! It tasted more like Ham than turkey, it was greasy, stringy, and lines of something in it. Nasty! And for $6.19 plus tax NO way!

My Best Friend told me I had to get it it was a must. She loves it. For us all 7 of us it was disgusting . Did not like it. But in all fairness we don't like smoked food. Thank God I only bought one to try it first. Thank God I didn't buy 7. But hey try it you might like it. I'm glad I did.

I like the first few bites but when you get down to picking at it and those nasty long white hard tendons my stomach turns.

Plus it tastes like ham from the smoker :rolleyes1

We saw the booth for those at the American pavilion in epcot, and one leg was over $6. Oh those Disney prices!
