Like @sharonabe said above, though...it's not easy to find them anymore. There's a cart in Frontierland that had them in November, and Fife and Drum at the America pavillion at Epcot still has them. I don't think anywhere in HS or AK has them anymore. They may still be available at The Smokehouse at Disney Springs, as well.
I saw Turkey legs on the menu at The Smoke house - House of Blues in Disney Springs. The do accept the dining plan as well. I was trying to decided between this place and the Polite Pig for our night of arrival as we always like to go to DS and need a QS option.
They had them at Tortuga Tavern in September. They still do according to the WDW menus. I'm not sure about the DP though, sorry. I'm pretty sure we paid OOP.
