I can only think of two places off the top of my head because they are usually something I go for. There is a cart between thunder mountain and the Golden Horseshoe. And then over near the Matterhorn is another cart. Idk how much they are.

I think there is a stand across from the Carousel on Paradise Pier in DCA as well.

The one by Big Thunder isn't a cart, it's more of a stand. They also sell corn on the cob.

The stand over by ROA is near where the Mark Twain/Columbia tie up for boarding. There's a neat little place you can go eat your turkey leg, to the right of the stand there's some steps up to a little platform by what looks like a fishing shack. There's a few tables and it's usually not very populated. Great place to gnaw your turkey leg and gaze over the river!

There was a cart that sold legs, chimichangas, and corn outside the "partners" statue opposite the little starbucks cart and frontierland entrance area.

We bought one by Paradise pier last trip. We bought it back to the Cove Bar and shared it, some drinks and nachos!
