I recall someone posting about a food allergy -- I think it was peanuts. So here's my question is chocolate OK? I mean like a store bought Hershey chocolate bar?

The flu has hit our house. I chaperoned on Joey's field trip to Philadelphia on Friday and at lunch time he started feeling sick with a sore throat. Woke up yesterday with 101 temp. Up to 102 today. I can't remember the last time this child took a nap in the middle of the day. All I can say is better now than a few weeks from now. I can't imagine after 2 yrs of planning to have to cancel for that. Now - to hope that Daniel stays healthy or gets it quickly if he's going to get it.

The other night I had a dream that we were in the terminal and there was a sea of blue t-shirts and I was going around talking with everyone saying "Hi!, I'm lck33 and your are?" Too funny....! Please someone tell me I am not the only one this has happened to. My husband thinks I have left the building sort of speak.

Last year on our Magic Cruise a fellow DISer made name tags and he gave them to all of the Disboard group. It was great !!!! We could see who everyone was... Hey ... Hey that is Pillow.... and so on... It was fun... And all those lime green shirts... I am glad we have blue. We are going to try to make it over from Animal Kingdom early to say hi ! Chuck and Larry will be easy to spot.

So sorry about the flu bug....here's some pixie dust to blow it out of your house! Great idea about the name tags...though Steve (my DH) is sure I left the building MANY years ago (and yes, last time I did say Hi, I'm Pixie Dust for Me...aka the t-shirt lady...and you are.....?) It was way too funny! This year with so many blue shirts it's going to be very interesting!

So, I've been in a car all day long eating candy bars and Jolly Ranchers and I have WAAAAYYYYY too much sugar in my system. I drove 450 miles today (unexpectedly) to get a car up to my niece at college because her roommate is the she devil from a very hot place! They had an argument the other night (the roommate suffers from an overly developed princess complex) and she left my niece stranded at school -- which is about 5 miles from their apartment! She had to walk home in the dark at 10 pm from a study group session. Yes, it's Kate's fault that she didn't have her cell phone and couldn't call anyone for help....but ! So, now "she devil" can't hold he transportation factor over my niece's head any longer and she devil's boyfriend will have to figure out where to park when he comes to live...er...ah...I mean visit.

There, claws are back in now. I'm so glad I had a boy. I don't think I could deal with continued girl drama without screaming.

Now, back to my regularly scheduled grant writing which is making me a basket case.
