Just checked in on-line at our DVC Resort ! Welcome Home...

This is the first time we have done this, so we will see how it works.

BTW if anyone goes to the Magic Kingdom during the day they have a new show: Princess Tiana's Riverboat Jubilee. DH and I were walking past the riverboat and talking about the new movie. A cast member overheard us and asked if we wanted to be part of the show. We said yes!

Needless to say we had a TON of fun and the show was really cute. Princess Tiana is beautiful! The show only runs a few times a day and is only until sometime in January we were told.

It starts with a New Orleans style parade down the street of Liberty Square. Watch it if you get the chance!

Lisa, so did you see the shuttle launch? Heard it was smoothed and launched on schedule.

well there is a funny story to this!

we went to Titusville - best plce to view the shuttle launch - right on the River -- we asked the person parking the cars where to look - they said "focus on the three towers that are blinking" so we sat and sat and sat...( since we were told that we needed to be in place by 9am!!) finally we hear that it is countdown...we all get ready...

lots of ouuuuuuhhhhhhhsss and aaawwweeeeesss
and then you hear me and Charlie yell a four letter word starting with S realizing that our camera's were not in the right spot....we missed the first 10 seconds....but OHHHHH my goodness - what an amazing site....I cried...It was such an emotional experience...watching them take off and then the boosters fell off and we watched them go out of sight -- less than 3 minutes from start to finish...

today we did the UP CLOSE tour -- that was magnificent... I would recommned this to anyone-- get the two day pass - get the lunch with the astronaut -- it was the best time ever... even DD was in awe!!!!

tomorrow is Seaworld!

For a second there my mind registered something else and thought you spent a whole day at KFC. That's a lot of chicken! And you are heading back for more?!!! Call that an Asian blond moment!!

Tonight is a big night for my son, Logan. He is attending his Eagle Scout Board of Review tonight! I am very proud of him.

Hey Turkeys! I've been so busy I haven't had time to post, just lurk. We leave tomorrow and I still have sooo much to do. It will be a miracle if I get to sleep at all tonight! Flight is at 12:30 tomorrow and we should be in sunny Florida by 3pm heading for Magical Express!

To add to the stress, DS8 woke me up at 4am crying that his ear was hurting. He continued to wimper for another hour or so until the Tylenol kicked in. Needless to say, I never got back to sleep. Quick trip this morning to Minute Clinic to confirm ear infection and get script. Hopefully he won't be in too much pain to fly tomorrow.

Sherrie - I was able to book a room at Pop using my pin We plan to do pool, downtown Disney, and dinner at Animal Kingdom on Thursday. Can't wait to get there and relax!!!! Friday we will do MK but not MVMCP. Cameron just can't hang that late.

It has reached my ears that Princess Tiana will not be on the ship the week we travel, and will instead be joining the ship the following week...

I was talking to Crystal tonight and she said to tell Mason she will happily walk him to the glow party and check him in...then she will run away

I sent Chuck an email. Crystal has asked me to share an offer with you.

Well off to bed...have to get up early for my First Responder inservice...once a month I have to recertify my life saving and CPR stuff..since I will be at Palo on Sunday when i normally do it I have it get up extra early to do it tomorrow

We are in the group that will be working tomorrow and friday.

Today at work people were teasing me because I just came back on Tuesday and now I will be out next week for vacation!! I tried to explain that I was just a figment of their imagination and that I wasn't really there!!

Last post before I call it a night....we sent an email to Mason's teacher to feel free to send any work he will be missing....so the teacher tells Mason she will be not sending any work. The teacher told Mason that it would not be fair for everyone to be sitting on deck getting a tan while poor Mason is stuck in the cabin doing school work!! As you can imagine, the teacher is now Mason's bff!!
