I am pretty sure they offer turkey sausage at the MDR sit-down breakfasts. Possibly at Cabanas too, but I am not 100% sure.

Yes to turkey sausage. No to turkey bacon. Even cabanas has it. Sometimes you have to ask.

We are Cabanas breakfast people not MDR so can only answer for Cabanas - and we are non-pork folks too. Turkey bacon and chicken sausage on our last three Fantasy/Dream cruises, but not every day. But since they have it on board, I bet your friend could ask for it if either isn't offered.

Do yourself a favor and make sure they list pork as an allergy. One of our friends who hasn't eaten pork is so long that she gets ill from it didn't do this on their first cruise and it was chopped up very, very fine into her omelette (made to order at sit down breakfast) and she didn't notice until part way through and was sick the rest of the day. The next cruise, she listed it and not one single issue. So, always list it.

I'm not sure if it's a regular thing, but there definitely was turkey bacon in Cabanas on the Fantasy last month. DH raved about how much he liked it.

I've seen turkey sausage in cabanas most recently on the Magic ebta may 2017. However, it was a link sausage. Sometimes those use pork casings so you may need to check with chefs.
