Turkey bacon/sausage??

My sister does not eat red meat, bascially all she eats is poultry and seafood. My question is is turkey bacon/sausage available for breakfast anywhere? We only plan on eating one sit down breakfast during our trip,but I would feel really bad for her if her only options where eggs and toast! TIA

Crystal Palace might be a good option. There is smoked salmon on the "cold bar" if she is a bagels & lox person. Also, at one point there was a chicken and apple sausage that was great, but last time I was there it was gone. Maybe someone else would know if it's back.
