Anyone know if they still do the parade around the restaurant for kids at breakfast at the Tusker House?

Haven’t seen it the past couple times we’ve been there. I’m wondering if that went away after COVID?

they do a dance. Sometimes the kids get up but no parade. Haven't seen that in the last few years we've been going
I should have clarified, yeah that’s been our experience too. The characters dance, but no parade of kids. At least you can meet the characters again. Some relatives went to Garden Grill in 2021 and you could only waive at the characters from afar...

Garden grill and Tusker House has consistently been the best character bang for buck the last few years. We feel like they come around a LOT. To the point where we just kind of smile and wave them along lol. This in comparison to say Chef Mickey's where we get one visit and that's that.

Yeah, Chef Mickey was definitely one and done. We went to Tusker breakfast and Hollywood and Vine lunch a few weeks ago, and granted it was likely mostly due to them both being ~less than 1/3 full (and the characters likely being bored out of their minds), but each character came around at least 3-4 times, and there were some quality interactions with our son (some of the best character interactions we’ve ever had; characters dancing with our son, playing with him, way more than just sign his book and pose for a couple pictures)...

Yeah I think it matters when you catch them...Hollywood and Vine we were the last breakfast in there and the characters basically just hung out at our table dancing with our son. I love when Disney can have that private moment feeling...all too rare
