Turducken - who ordered these last year

I wanted to order one last year but didn't do it in time. Did anybody try one last year, and where did you get it from. Unlike some of the ambitious disers I will never make one from scratch. I would like to bring it to my sisters for dinner. There will be around 20 people there but there will also be a turkey, a ham and lasagna probably. If I want everybody to get a bit how much might I need??

Hello! I ordered one last year (after hearing about it here, for the very first time...). I ordered it from a local butcher. I just called around to get prices. If I remember correctly, they are somewhat small because there is so much stuffed into it. You did mention other food, so you should be okay. The duck part was kind of fatty in our bird, but it was still very good.

I'd say get the biggest one, which won't probably to all that huge. But, my area maybe didn't have bigger ones. Maybe you'll have better luck?
