Turbo Tax issues?

For the past few years, I have used Turbo tax without problems. This year, I go to sign in and I can't access my old returns nor can I get to the part where I can start my return.

There is a thing about buying the download or cd, but I hadn't had to do that before, is it something new that I have to do to start my return?

how did you purchase your product? You said it mentions a download or cd?

I haven't bought it becuase I hadn't had to before. But you can order download or cd and pay for it then. just don't remember having to do all that before. I would pay for my taxes done out of my refund.

I used turbo tax but I went thru H&R Block could you have done the same thing? I guess they use their software. I've never tried signing into Turbo Taxes website so I dont know if my username/password would work there.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years, and I have had to purchase a new copy of the current software each and every year. The tax laws change, so you should have to update each year. I don't think you can use a older version of Turbo Tax for this year.

Thanks to all. I found out i have to buy the download or cd. but they have added some prices on certain things. so i am going another route.
