Turbo Tax help please

It's bad enough I can't e-file, TT won't let me, and I can't override.

Now when I print my return for filing, DH and my name and his SSN won't print on the second page of each form. It prints on the first page of the form. I've never seen this before.

If you've used turbo tax this year, did your name and SSN print on page 2, or is this just my problem?

I would call the customer service line. They should be able to walk you through this issue. You need to call sooner than later because the longer you wait the more people will be calling.

Why can't you e-file? Did you buy the version without it?

I had no problems with the copy of federal + e-file that I downloaded from Amazon.

The problem with e-filing has to do with the amount of estimated payments and refund, so TT will not let me e-file.

I just did the online chat asking why the headers wouldn't print and wasted an hour. Could not tell me why, had no idea what I was talking about and then wanted to do a screen shot of my tax return to see what I was talking about.

This is my last year with turbo tax, after about 12 years.
