I thought the 2008 models didn't require the intensive sleep deprivation that was inherrent in the design of the earlier lines.

Ours came with the optional 2am hiccup package. It's like Old Faithful. Going on like 17 days in a row now.

Bold choice. It is tempting to go with the acid reflux package because it is so much more trendy than the colic. I have to say my late 2007 is the best sleeper but no one warned me about the poltergeist-like projectile vomiting.

Yeah...colic is so last decade. We've hermetically sealed his cord stub. We're hoping it doesn't fall off. It won't make much of a difference at this point in his life, but maybe it will be a little something extra he can whip out at dinner parties later?
