Tuesday 4/5 Exercise thread

I went for a run, 4.27 miles in 37:05. Slightly slower than normal, but at least I was out there. :p
 
I went for a 60 minute walk since it was so nice outside. I still have to do my upper body and ab workout though.

Next?
 

I just did 50 minutes of upperbody weights and abs. I'll be doing cardio after work.
 
Went for a 2 mile walk.....gonna go and do a 3 mile now I do believe!!
 
20 intense minutes on treadmill and weights when i get home :)
 
I went to a step class today and did weight training on my biceps and back. Tonight I will do Cathe's Core Max #1.
 
25 minute walk around neighborbood. Curves tonight at 6pm
 
6 minute continuous jog (which is a big deal for me) and 30 crunches and some weight work :flower:
 
Well, I didn't make it to the gym, DS woke up with a red eye and I was afraid it was pink eye so we stayed home. But I was able to get in a walk/jog for 5 miles this afternoon.

30 minute gym workout/20 minute walk that I'm counting for tomorrow!
 
count me in for a Cathe total body muscle shaping today!!!!!
 
I did 50 min on the TM- 3.5 miles
