Tues 4/27 exercise thread

Anyone else start w/their daily exercise yet?
I got out for a 15min walk before I had to get ready for work
Have a meeting this morn which starts my day 1/2hr before since there's a 1/2hr drive to get there (instead of my usual 4min drive)
Hopefully I can get back out after work.

just editing to say I did get back out for another hour after work
 
this morning I did the FIRM complete cardio with weights.

i was so NOT in the mood today. i'm very glad it's done now
 
I was up bright and early this morning and did FIRM body sculpt (upper body). Woohoo!!! I feel powerful!
 
Jogging for me this morning, 3.2 miles in 35 minutes. Almost time to add more distance! :hyper:
 

I will be going for my walk as soon as I return from the post office. It's warm outside so I'll have to walk faster instead of a longer distance! ::yes::
I'm excited, I lost 2 of the three pounds I gained!! :hyper: :tongue: I just came from the doctor and realized I was off 3 pounds from before I started Atkins. I was 241 pounds instead of 238!!! :faint: I'm down 42 pounds instead of just 40. WHOO HOO!! 3 more pounds and I'm at another new clippie. I'll have to see if I can make that goal before my anniversary on May 22nd. :hyper2: :love2: If I continue walking the way I am, I'm sure I can lose 3 pounds by then. That's almost 3 weeks away and that's only a pound a week. I'm going to shot for a number....194 by May 22nd...send me some pixie dust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wizard: :wizard:
 
I finally got to work out today, I did the firm maximum cardio burn plus abs, it feels so good to exercise again, now if I just get my eating under control I would be set!
 
I did 35 minutes on the Eppitical and had an hour stretching class (was supposed to be Yoga but the instructor has the week off). I feel like I should of done more though.
 
went to the club today. did 30mins. on the elliptical and 20 mins. on the nautilus equip. try to do the club 4-6 times a week if possible
 
Just got back from the gym. I did 30 min. on the elliptical & 10 on the stationary bike. I would have done more but my asthma was really bothering me and so I went to CVS and refilled my perscription instead of staying at the gym. Oh well...tommorow I'll pick up the pace.
 
Hi everyone,
haven't been keeping up here good enough, but I have been exercising. Today I did 48 minutes on the treadmill for 3 1/4 miles; I tried to challenge myself by jogging for 2 1/2 miles at an incline. It felt good.... See you tomorrow

I jogged 4.25 miles on treadmill took about 49 minutes.........

gonna do it again tomorrow!

I walked a half of an hour at lunch time and this evening I did my 3 mile WATP video.
