OK, so last time I went to DLR and stayed at GCH (in March), I could have sworn I received something in the mail that said that hotel guests could go to TTMM. When I arrived at the hotel, they said nope, must be mistaken. Only MM.

I made a reservation for later this summer and just received a little packet in the mail. On the literature, it says, "As a guest of a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you'll also enjoy: Disney Character calls, Key to the Magic, and MTMM." (Interestingly, I have also been told in the past by the hotel and WDTC reps that you only get the character calls with a package.)

Is Disney crazy or am I crazy? Or did they change something? Have any onsite guests gotten tix for TTMM?

I have only seen TTMM coupons as part of a travel package. Never heard of it being for onsite guests. Early entry is for onsite guests. We got TTMM both times we have booked a vacation package. First time we were offsite at a good neighbor motel and this trip we were onsite at PPH.

If you bought a vacation pckg (hotels & tickets) you get those perks. I've never heard or seen Mickeys Toontown Morning Madness given on just a hotel reservation.

Did you purchase your trip through WDTC? If so, that is why you received them. They are a perk for vacation packages

Yes, but booked a hotel only reservation. If I can remember how to post a photo I will.

I think that's referring to the extra magic hours at DCA that are starting up this summer. Not positive, because all of the new acronyms are confusing me. You'd think they would spell things out so people wouldn't be so confused. What if you'd never been there before?

There is no mention of DCA and Carsland isn't even on the map that was included.

I booked (hotel only) online and this is part of the little packet I got: (The second photo I had to cut off the left side so it was large enough to read the TTMM part - that's where it says you get character calls. It says nothing about a package anywhere. It says, as you can see, "as a guest of a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you'll also enjoy:"

So is this just another instance of Disney contradicting itself?

LOL you aren't crazy. Disney sends out that same trip pamphlet to all that book through WDTC, be it for packages or room only. The TTMM is only for those that book packages. I questioned the same thing several years ago when they started using that monorail looking pamphlet. You'd think they'd either have seperate pamphlets for packages vs room only ressies or at least do a footnote stating a package is necessary for TTMM.

Your reservation(room only) starts with a 4 doesnt it? Thats a room only. The TTMM is more a voucher that needs to be ripped out and handed to the CM that day at the gate for TTMM. Packages starting with P X O S J or T all have the vouchers youll need to get those things. Sorry for the confusion

I just started working for the WDTC in January of this year on the sales floor. Hope this helps you

Tell the higher-ups to stop sending out the WRONG pamphlets! Because if I wanted MTTMM (and I don't, not having found it to be valuable) and I got that? I *would* be insisting that I got it since it was in the info sent to me.

I have never booked a package, and every time I book the GCH (hotel only) I get this pamphlet as part of the monorail-looking package. It quite clearly says as a guest of a Disneyland Hotel (mentions nothing about packages) you have access to TTMM. I don't understand why Disney sends things out that are incorrect. I agree with the PP that it ought to be asterisked and say "for packages only" or something to avoid confusion.
