TTC to Contemporary by 7:15

I have a 7:15 AM at Chef Mickey's and wanted to see if anyone think I can make it from the monorail at TTC to the Contemporary or will I have to park at the Contemporary?

At that time of morning, I'd drive directly to the Contemporary for breakfast at CM's.

I agree. Even if you catch the very first resort monorail at 7:00 a.m., it will probably take more than 15 minutes to get all the way around to Contemporary. I'd drive, just to be safe.
