Back from the RE's office. One follicle was at 18 (yeah!!!) so they want me to do OPKs today and tomorrow and if I don't get a positive then trigger Saturday morning and BD Saturday night and Sunday morning

Very exciting! Good luck!!! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

:sad2:

I missed the call from my RE's office telling me that it was a BFN b/c I suddenly had a strong cramp and went to the washroom where AF decided to appear and let me know herself. At least I can take Advil and then on to IUI #3 and possibly IVF after that.

Here's my personal pity party - THIS ROYALLY SUCKS! :sad1:

Okay, onto the rest of the day (ugh!)......

Thanks for all the well wishes! I am just excited that the meds worked and we finally have a chance at becoming pregnant. My DH was supposed to go camping this weekend with his scout troop but had to let them know he can't make it. So I am planning to make it up to him and have a nice romantic dinner out Saturday night before we get down to business!

thanks for the hugs guys
poor little guy is sick today and throwing up (dry heaving) but I sent him on his visit they need to know what they are getting ;)
We had court this morning so he is for sure going next week. It came out in court that the family didn't even know he was born till his mom died last month so I feel better about the whole thing.

Ugh!!!! That just irks me. Those surprise pregnancies. I mean, come on... I'm supposed to believe you didn't mean/expect for this to happen???
Saw a old friend the other day who said they had a "surprise" baby in Nov. Yeah, right!!! I want one of those surprizes!!!!!

So AF decided to give me an early morning wakeup call today :headache: So I called the RE's office and pretty much left a pretty pitiful voicemail asking if we can go ahead with the cycle, since I'll be back in time for monitoring/IUI, I'll just be missing the baseline CD3 u/s. RE's office said they "don't recommend" doing a cycle without a CD3 because of the chance of a leftover follicle messing up the cycle, but that it was my choice. So, of course I said YES :banana: Sure, there is a slim chance there is a leftover follicle that will mess up the cycle, but I'd much rather risk that then take a whole cycle off after last cycle was a bust and we didn't even get to do the IUI. So then I had to rush out to a specialty pharmacy this afternoon, drove 100 miles round trip to get the darn meds (from Crystal Lake area to Naperville, for those of you from Chicago) because I needed them today and that was the only pharmacy my RE knew that always had the meds in stock and didn't need a special order or have a 1-2 day turnaround.
So, I leave for WDW tomorrow morning, meds in hand and ready to go for this cycle! :woohoo:
