TTC thread take 2

Thanks E. I called my RE office to see if they wanted me to postpone coming in until Friday. That way they could do the bloodwork and Day 2-4 ultrasound in one visit (assuming AF starts full blown by tomorrow) but the nurse said absolutely not that bloodwork must happen tomorrow and we will go from there. She said spotting isn't a BFN yet, so I'm trying to stay positive.

I'm really praying for you to get great news on Sunday! pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust:

Hope that the spotting isn't a BFN, and turns out to be spotting and nothing else!

E, 4 DAYS! I'll be thinking about you! Sunday I'll be at WDW :cloud9: but thinking about you and you're BFP, and of course DA BEARS! :woohoo: :cheer2:

I'm gonna call my RE tomorrow and see if they will let me skip the CD3 (since we'll be in WDW, if AF comes as planned), so that we won't have to skip this cycle entirely. I really don't want to skip the whole cycle, but I don't have my hopes too high they'll let me get by without CD3 :sad2:

He has been doing visits everyday this week. Overnight friday, monday, wed then gone next friday :sad1:
The visits are helping a lot the kids are doing better.

Tiny- I've read a bit about your situation and my heart aches for you. I wish peace and happiness for your family. :grouphug:

 do you have any progesterone?? Ask the RE if you can take it for a couple of days to hold off AF (since you probably don't wanna deal with AF during vacay anyway!) Otherwise, I've had my first scans as late as CD 5....if that helps :thumbsup2

Thanks Joanne! I agree with what the Cherbear said about the progesterone. I also wouldn't want to lose a cycle. Hope you have a fantastic vacation!

So.....still no AF and the spotting I saw yesterday morning completely stopped. I went to the RE office this morning for bloodwork. The nurse that did my IUI said the fact that I haven't started AF yet is very promising. My luteal phase from over a year of tracking is typically 11-12 days. Right now, we're at 14. She also said that the small amount of brown spotting (sorry for TMI) that I had yesterday morning is fine. Red is bad, brown is okay. She asked about cramping and I told her that since last Wednesday (6 days after IUI) I have had an odd annoying tension in my lower abdomen. I feel somewhat crampy, but not really AF crampy. She said that is good too.

We should hear something mid-afternoon once they get the lab results back. I just couldn't bring myself to test at home. I know those tests aren't totally accurate this early and was scared to try. Maybe that's just delaying the inevitable BFN, but it helped me get through the last few days.

Thanks for listening! I'll post when I get results.

Thinking of all of you and crossing my fingers! I am sure there will be good news soon

I am so sorry about your sister MommaSnowWhite. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers. Jane is one of my favorite girl's name and that is what I hope to name a little girl if I ever have one.

Like Cher said, crampy could be good! I know 3 days seems like forever (geez....I don't know how I'm going to get through the next 3+ hours!). Here's to hoping the days fly by! :grouphug:

3+ hours! Aww Heck! I really think that in this day and age they should be able to give you the results within an hour AND while you wait! :thumbsup2

Wish we were all haning in someone's living room sipping virgin cocktails right now!;)
