MTTMM vouchers are included in package purchases through Walt Disney Travel Company and the agencies that book through WDTC (like
AAA and Costco travel).
They cannot be purchased, unless you get them through ebay by someone who didn't want to use theirs.
It is 4 days a week, not all the same days at EE, but there are some overlapping days. What it means is that TT opens an hour earlier than normal. Since TT always opens an hour after DL opens to the public, that means that on those days TT opens at the same time as DL.
If you have a package and have the vouchers, you CAN plan it so that you get to enter DL an hour before
it opens for EE, and then at the time the park opens normally, go to TT for Morning Madness. We chose to split those days, but you *could* do it on the same day.
On our day the skies opened and it rained like crazy, so I'm not sure we got the full benefit of it, but there was a little parade of characters and CMs coming over to the stage area, and the deputy mayor gave a speech (the mayor is Mickey, of course), and then the TT family of the day (which was, erm, us, thanks to DS's cuteness as we entered TT, lol) was called up on stage. As soon as the woman in the family (that would be me) said that they were from Tacoma WA...the clouds opened and we all had to run for shelter, LOL.
It gives you the opportunity to go to the houses and get autographs with a smaller group of people than after it opens, or to go on the TT rides without as many people around.
It was especially fun for us b/c of DS getting chosen, but then not as fun b/c it rained so hard. I think I'll miss it the next time we go (we got APs so we won't need to buy packages for this year), but I doubt I'll buy vouchers from ebay or sign up on the thread here.
So that's what it is.
