Maybe I'm looking for something that does not exist, but in reviewing the resale listing at TSS, I very seldom see October UY contracts. Currently only 4 of the total posting of about 86 are for Oct UY. I have been monitoring the TSS listings for the past 6 months, and again, I do not recall seeing very many OCT UY listings.
Is there a reason for this, or is this just "how it is at this point ?"
My assumption is that DVC sold the resorts with an even number of contracts per UY.
