TSMM FP+ during EMH/4th FP at DHS

If we use morning EMH at DHS and head directly to TSMM, what will the stand-by line be like? Should we use FP? CAN we use FP during EMH? Trying to figure out what to do about the tiers, as RnR is also a priority.

Which leads to . . . if we use first 3 FP by about 2 pm or so, is it feasible to get a 4th FP for Rock n Roller Coaster at that point? We going the last 2 weeks of August.
