TSM Question

Yes, that was my point. You would have to leave DL early in order to get over to DCA and wait in line to get in the park. 8am to 11am at DL is what I call "Prime Time" because that is best time to hop on a lot of rides. I'd hate to leave that to go wait to get into DCA. If you wait 30 min to be first in line at DCA only to get over quickly to TSMM, then that time is still included in your wait time.
If you consider DL and DCA together (meaning one has hopper tix) then I agree completely. :)

We were there this weekend. We went to DCA on Sunday & got in line by GRR for TSMM at about 9:45 (10am opening). The CM's walked the line over to the ride slowly. People walked in a very orderly fashion -- it was great! Comparing this to the stampede we experienced at WDW at Christmas, it was just an incredible difference. DCA has it together all over WDW, imho! Anyway, basically walked on the ride, then got off & waited about 15 minutes to ride again.

This is our new favorite ride!!!! :)

We love TSMM, it is hands down our favorite ride in DCA. :) Well, maybe for me it's tied with Soarin'. :) Anyway, we don't get in line unless it about 30 min. or less. We rode it right after it opened in July, we waited in line for about an hour that time, then we got off and got in the single rider line and got right back on. :) Then they closed the SR line so we didn't do it again. :( We rode it a few more times that trip but the line was always huge so we tried to do SR line every time. Our APs expired after that trip and we didn't go again until the beginning of Jan. That time it was DBF and I only, no kids. We rode it a lot, just jumped in the SR line and had a blast!!!! The wait time in the regular line wasn't more than 30 min. but going thru the SR line cut that time in half. Then we went the beg. of Feb and that time we did the SR line twice but waited in line most of our rides, the wait then was 30 min. or less then as well. The last trip (last weekend) the sign always said 40 min. but when we rode it it was about 30, we did walk by a few times and the line extended well past the sign and we guesstimated the wait time to be about an hour. The line does move pretty fast and it's totally worth waiting but we go so often that waiting for more than 30 min. is just not something we want to do. lol :)
No FP at DCA for TSMM, I'd love it if they added it tho!
