TSL, EMM, and TSMM question

If you rope-drop TSL on a morning that they have EMM, is the line for TSMM still ok? Or is it stupid-long (as in hour plus as soon as the RD crowd hits)? We have FPs for SDD, but my kids L-O-V-E the midway mania ride. Trying to figure out if I need to plan on trying to score it as a 4th FP or do it at rope-drop.

Anyone have experience with this?

EMM won’t change the TSL / TSM rope drop experience in any material way. EMM is a small guest count relatively speaking and come rope drop time the large majority want nothing to do with the impending crowd and will already be out of TSL or on their way out. Many try to take advantage of low rope drop crowds on other DHS rides, or head to breakfast that comes with the event that is served through 10am.

Since many/most rope drop guests are heading to SDD first thing, it can be a good time to knock out TSM (and AS2) with reasonably low waits.

If your kids really like Midway Mania, you’re best bet would be to head over there about an hour before closing time when the line gets really short.

Mine like it too, and we’ve often been able to ride 4 times or more back to back with very little waiting.

If that’s not your thing, we’ve also had some recent luck picking it up as a 4th or 5th FP.

Mornings are still too busy for us.
