We are going to WDW in 5 days and we are using the DDP for the first time. I was wondering for a TS meal does the plan just include the entree or does each person get to choose an appetizer, an entree and a desert?

There's no appetizers, but saying you get "just an entree" is somewhat misleading if you're new to this!

At many of the TS restaurants, bread or dinner rolls & some sort of specialty butter comes with all the entrees (example: hawaiian bread & macadamia nut butter are served at Kona, yeasty dinner rolls with honey butter at Liberty Tree Tavern, breadsticks at Le Cellier.) And then, most "entrees" come with something, usually a bit of green veggie plus some sort of potato; or rice, or risotto. So it's not like you're just getting a piece of meat, a drink & a dessert...

It actually depends on which plan you are using. If you're using the basic plan, for age 10 and up it's entree and dessert, plus a non-alcoholic beverage. Kids 3-9 get "appetizers" but they must order off the children's menu. The kids' menu meals are presented as three "courses," but they're small ones.

Buffets include the full buffet. All you can eat fixed-menu meals (like Ohana or CRT) include the entire meal.

If you are using the deluxe plan, everyone is entitled to appetizer, entree and dessert, plus non-alcoholic beverage, at TS.

CS meals are entree or combo meal, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.

If you aren't aware of the changes made since 2007, you should know before you arrive that the dining plans don't include tips.
